There are many factors to happiness, all of us have a need for it, so why can’t we be happy. A major factor to my happiness is looking good and I am sure it is for you too.

Looking good usually involves having a good body, to achieve this regular exercise and a good diet are of paramount importance. Most nutritionists will tell you that the key to losing weight is actually more about the diet than the exercise.

Personally, I have tried many diets; some that have worked and some that have failed. This is the problem with diets, it has to be tailored to you. There is no diet that works the same for everyone. UNTIL NOW!

Introduction

My name is Will and welcome to blog on health and fitness.

I will be updating you all on my journey through the health and fitness world and giving you advice on what diets and exercise regimens have worked for me. I will give you all the necessary tools to be a better you.

Who am I?

  • I grew up in the south-east of England and have always had a passion for sport. One of the main challenges I had in sport was keeping my body in peak performance mode.
  • I have tried and tested many different diets and exercise plans to make myself a better version of me and I hope to do the same for you!

I am currently a researcher at a top neuroscience institute, so I also have the scientific knowledge behind these diets and the effect they can have not only on your body but your mind!

I hope you enjoy the content that I produce and feel free to leave comments so I can learn how to evolve in this process as this is new for me and I hope you can get something out of this too.
